Finance/Treasurer’s report
David recommends making a payment on apportionments. District stated any church making 75% apportionments for 2020 will be considered as paying 100%. Members discussed options and suggested paying $5,000 as a good faith payment toward apportionments.
The operating cost on the worksheet for the District needs to be reviewed and revised by David and Alan by June 19th.
Repaying the PPP funds is now extended and the requirement is lowered to 60% for payroll expenses instead of 75% as listed in the initial application and program parameters.
David recommends Monica be given use of card Gina currently has and Rosie given use of card Isaac has been using.
Trustees
Service the mini-split a/c units (12) on Tuesday, June 16th. Est $600-800 total
Drywall repair needed in Narthex
There is a leak in slate roof
Basement doors going into Chancellor Street entrance are swollen due to flooding. Recommendation to have Buck price and replace doors. The mechanism turns but the lock does not turn. The commercial lock is ~$300. The doors are probably $700-800/door.
We have postponed any work on the fuse box in Moosetrap, but the outlet with microwave keeps shorting. Buck had to close off the outlet to prevent them from using it. The 200 amp circuit breaker would be needed for other changes and outlets need to happen. Likely $2000-2500 plus addition of outlets. Council decided on a $3000 cap on the replacement.
